This has been made fairly easy on the FCR, so with some practice it should be an easy job. The DRZ E came with this carb, so the engine does well with it. And as said above, the knowledge on the FCR on this forum is immense. The differences (inaccuracies) are not specific to the DRZ400 Mikuni 36mm BSR carb. What I point out as inaccurate applies to all CV carbs. I understand the example is not intended to exactly represent the DRZ carb. The example correctly represents the general layout of a generic CV carb with some simplification.

lectron has actually been selling the H's for sometime now as HV's less the updated slide and lighter spring. Some people have H's and don't even know it. Basically if you were planning on getting a Hv now it's an H, same price and claims of it performing better.
