I'm a big Mission BBQ fan normally. This trip was not great. I ordered a plate of brisket with a side of Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese and cornbread were good, but the brisket was horrible. It was super dry and tough, like the consistency of overcooked beef roast. I took it back up to ask for a new portion and the staff was happy to oblige.
