I’ve done some research and the common denominator seems to be the APIMs that are “Gen4” which were manufactured after June 2018. I have been meaning to provide an update. It is either Sync3 software version 3.3 or the Gen4 APIM.Other commands i.e. finding fuel prices or calling a contact work as normal.
