Best bet is to just take another (any!) to familiarize yourself with comlex wording/style rather than a score. personally 109 was the closest for me, took it 3 weeks out and scored 20 points higher on the real thing. TLDR; between the 2 comsaes I have taken, they are very variable and specific to certain topics.Comquest 247 question random, timed test: 72%, 652 predicted. Actual LEVEL 2 score: 610. COMATs ranged from 90 (OMM)- 110. Dedicated for 4 weeks, averaged 80-100 questions per day. Used first aid and Boards and Beyond (only for neuro, GI). Never used Anki. Relied heavily on practice questions and answer explanations.Point being, they seem to underpredict significantly.
