SIG had a bad run of them early in P365 production but that problem was licked a long time ago. The new striker will have a stronger, beveled tip on it and should last you many thousands of rounds.

Just bought one new, the sticker on the side says 21-Aug-2020 so I'm assuming that's the manufacture date. After buying it, I checked online and saw all the issues people ran into post release with reliability and durability.
