Old Karazhan can be found in deadwind pass in the eastern Kingdoms. Enter the raid, and from here you'll have to make your way to the guardians library. To get there, you'll have to kill Moroes, and then head on the way through the opera and finally up to the curator and you'll enter the library as the room after curators room.
