May 30, 2020 · Come to a complete stop (obviously) and keep pressure on the regular driving brake pedal. Shift into Neutral. Apply the e-brake while idling in Neutral. Let up on the regular brake pedal so the e-brake is doing all of the holding. Notice how the vehicle will move a bit. A sort of rocking forward and backward. Service Shifter - stuck in park.
