I did a different reset by pushing the retract and enter buttons simultaneously and the system reset allowing me to level my RV. However, only the back levelers would come down. I was able to manually get the front levelers to come down using the Lippert pad.The middle jacks are just stabilizers, and only come down after the unit is done leveling with the front and rear jacks. It just turns off. It goes through its process of leveling and once it's level it just turns off. We have verified that it is level. But the stabilizing jacks don't come down.
