best parts for bee is double maliwan, which has 6.16 recharge delay. but you can also just use an actually good shield. I just look for the one with the lowest delay (which I think is 5.6 seconds). You want double Maliwan for the most amp damage. Maliwan/tediore for good damage and good delay.
