Realms and caves on Fjordur have special settings for them. Unlike on other maps, you can't enable flyers in caves. It's obviously made to push you taming new Desmodus, which is so far the only flyer able to fly in realms and caves. Ofc you can tame Rock Drake, Maewing, Shadowmane or some other dino with jumping/gliding.
