So far, it seems that it only happens to ESPN, but I don't regularly watch any other channels so I can't be certain. However, if I leave ESPN on and just watch for a minute, the feed will stutter for a half second repeatedly. It really makes the channel unwatchable. The stuttering happens on both the live feed and during most commercials.
