I was told by a customer service persona at AT&T that I would be reimbursed for the weeks we were without Channel 4 and Channel 5. I never saw a credit on my bill.Once a new agreement is reached, channel will return. There is no requirement you be given that channel and there is no guarantee you will continue getting it. TV providers don't own the channels so cannot force them to stay.
